Mr. Mashiane obtained a B.Proc and LLB degrees from the then University of the North in 1994 and immediately got admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in July 1996.
In 1997 he formed, together with four (4) of his colleagues as a firm of young black lawyers under the name and style Mulaudzi Noko Ramabulana Incorporated. The firm secured the services of Telkom SA SOC and later the services of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) under the leadership of Mr. Tony Tshivhase.
It is during 1998 when Mr. Mashiane commenced and obtained practical legal experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and structural finance and banking (from IDC) and commercial civil litigation with the help of various leading senior counsels.
